Production & Development Employee – Meat Preparations Workshop
Your role
As a product development & technical support employee at Delavi, you combine the best of both worlds: creating new products and optimizing technical processes.
You will develop new products in collaboration with your manager and sales staff and conduct controlled tests.
You will contribute ideas for improvements to processes and recipes so that we can work faster and more efficiently.
You will monitor the daily maintenance of the machinery and adjust machines correctly. You will be the link between our technician and external technicians.
Your profile
You have a passion for food and technology.
You work accurately, in a structured and results-oriented manner.
You communicate easily and can work well with different departments.
Technical insight is a major asset.
Experience in a food company or production environment is a plus.

Delavi is a family business through and through, active in the meat sector for three generations. We are the link between pig farmers and meat processing companies. Our core activity is cutting pork, but we are growing rapidly with our own further processing, including the production of hamburgers.
